 •Emphasis on the rationalization of performance and safety in the work procedures of the University units.
• Identify shortcomings and discover violation cases of the performance of duties or inaction in the work completion, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Monitor the employees of the university in their shifts depending on the nature of work and the requirements of each of them.
• Provide any suggestions  that would increase the level of university employees.
• Prepare periodic follow-up reports on the activities of the units in the university and its achievements and the observations and recommendations concerning with the work development and submitted to the manager of the university.
